    This damascus chef's knife is made from 60 layers of alternating 15n20 and 1084 high carbon steels. The handle is composed of a stainless steel bolster with a stabilized Claro Walnut wooden block, sourced and repurposed from the urban areas of San Francisco. The knife measures in with an overall length of 12", with a cutting edge of 7.25" and a heel height of 2.125"
